AppointmentsPlus is committed to maintaining the trust of our members and the visitors to this website.

It is the belief of management and staff that any information regarding members and their contacts is the property of the members.

AppointmentsPlus will neither sell, trade or divulge any information stored in our database records.

AppointmentsPlus will ensure that all information collected through normal course business is stored in secure servers, behind firewalls, preventing any access to that information with exception to members through their administration modules.

All contact and client information is available only to the individual member who has entered or collected the information from their public calendars.

No contact information will be cross traded between members, or members and their co-brand hosts, without approval from the owner (member) as set in their CRM preference settings.

Cookies will be set on the visitors PC only if requested when booking a public appointment.  The only information set with a cookie is a reference to their contact information.  The use of this is to retrieve their file during the appointment booking process.

No Credit Card information will be stored on our website or in our database records.
